thekro: last year, a concern was raised that the financial statements were lagging behind so much.
thekro: since then, we've put some effort in to getting the problems resolved, but we have not been able to complete the financial statements yet.
thekro: We do have draft statements for 2009 available, but they are not yet completed - see https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhaTByCmAQM3dHgzNktJdFVUWFZhOHU3U0oxcTdBc0E
thekro: Francois raised the issue last year, and has hopefully noticed that this is getting attention now.

jewel: I suggest that we circulate the draft completed statements to the club mailing lists
thekro: So, there are no official documents to present at the AGM this year.  Again, once we have finalised the documents, we will distribute them.
jewel: so that we don't have to wait till next year for SAGA members to see them

thekro: I agree - however, we do need to approve them at an AGM.

thekro: Paul Steyn and Lloyd Rubidge’s terms of office expire - thank you for their service
thekro: Paul has kindly offered to serve another term.
thekro: The only other nomination was for Ben Gale, who has indicated he might not be able to serve the entire term, but is willing to serve in the interim
thekro: As such, Paul and Ben are the replacement council members - thank you to both of them!

svartrev: I'm happy to serve another term, unless anybody else wants the job :)
