How to pronounce Go terms

There’s a new link under resources, which points to a page with mp3 files pronouncing a number of Japanese go terms. So if you’ve ever wondered how to say “kaketsugi” or even “hane”, and couldn’t figure it out from Hikaru No Go, check it out.

Note that the link is on this server, so players on the university network won’t need to use inetkey to get the files. Also, the quality of the mp3 files is not that great, but hopefully it’s good enough to figure the pronounciation out. Finally, if you want to download them all at once, you can get a zip file off the Swiss mirror linked to from the page. The zip file is about 900k.

I’m probably the only one who finds the “gopron” part of the URL amusing.
